Acorn-fed Iberico pork ham, with 100% Iberian breed, carved by hand and presented in a vaccum-pack of 100g. It is coming from Bejar (Salamanca).
It is the result of the winter “montanera”, when the free-range iberico pigs eat mainly acorns, also called bellotas in spanish, in the south-west oak forests of Spain. Then The fat infiltrated into the meat gives an unmistakable flavor and an exceptional oiliness to this Bellota ham : Surely one of the best gastronomic products!
