Bellota 100% iberico pork loin in a whole piece of a weight between 320g and 420g produced by the famous producer Consorcio de Jabugo, located in Jabugo, province of Huelva (Andalusia).
It provides Iberian pigs fed on acorns during the montanera period from October to March each year.
It is one of the best pieces of pork, and at its optimal point of cure the loin is as good as the Iberian loin or more : It’s a matter of taste!
