Bellota (acorn-fed) Ibérico pork chorizo, with 50% iberian breed, sliced and presented in a vaccum-pack of 100g, produced by Jamones Quercus in Bejar (Salamanca) : Traditional sausage elaborated with loins of Iberian pork and with paprika.

A fanstastic chorizo with the nuty taste of the acorns wich fed the Iberian porks during the “Montanera” in winter.

Ideal for the degustation.
