They are Cantabrian mackerel loins, another blue fish par excellence, which come out of the glass jar very tender and very tasty.

Made by hand with mackerel caught during the February/March season in the Cantabrian Sea, these fillets marinate with time to reach an exceptional level of tenderness.

Ideal to eat as is on toast or in the middle of a good salad.
