Small squids in olive oil 110g Ramon Peña

These squid, whose meat is really tasty and its texture very pleasant, are from the Atlantic Ocean, bathed in olive oil by the house Ramón Peña, in Ribadumia (Galicia), with very much care.

These are the smallest and most tender chipirones, considered as the best. Rigorously sorted by size, they are cleaned and prepared by hand and filled with their tentacles. They combine perfectly with many vegetables, rice and pasta.
